As the sun sets on your holiday we hope you’ve fallen under Menorca’s spell, and are taking away memories to keep you warm until your next visit. Here are genuine reviews from guests in the villas over the last few years…
“We stayed for a week at Villa Pascual and had a great time. The villa was perfect and had everything we could have needed. The pool area was lovely and there was so much room. Plenty of sun and shade areas. The location was spot on, we could walk everywhere in minutes and so no car was needed, which is what we wanted. Will defo be booking to come stay here again!” Villa Pascual. Joanne B. June 25
“We stayed here as a family of 6 and had an amazing time. The villa is well equipped and the kids loved the pool. We loved the location as it’s so quiet, but still close enough to the shops and bars. We walked down into the resort most evenings and found the choice of restaurants to be pretty good. The kids loved the local beach and spent a fair bit of time there. The booking process was pretty straightforward, and it was reassuring to be able to speak to someone by phone before booking. Will definitely book this villa again if we return to Menorca” Christine C Villa Isa May 2025
“We had the most amazing week in the beautiful Villa Pascual & will definitely be booking to go again with Menorcan Villas. The service & communication throughout the whole process was exemplary and Sarah was absolutely brilliant and did everything she could to give us an amazing & memorable holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean and incredibly well maintained, and the location was superb – literally just a couple of minutes walk to the marina, shops & restaurants. The resort of Cala’n Bosch was beautiful and so friendly! We honestly cannot fault anything about this holiday and would highly recommend it!” Amy H Villa Pascual May 25
“We have just returned from our holiday and I wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you so much for all your help in what has been a three year planning process thanks to covid. We had a brilliant time and the villa was gorgeous” Lyndsay S. Villa Isa August 2022
“It seems a distant memory now but we had a great time. It’s a lovely space to spend family time and the pool was fabulous. We also had fantastic weather so all in all a brilliant time” Sarah M. Villa Pascual, June 2022
“We stayed in the villa with our two children (2 and 4 months) and 2 friends. The villa was beautifully clean and was perfect for our stay. There were a couple of restaurants and shops nearby with a beautiful harbour and beach a 20 minute walk away. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this villa again” Abi. Villa Isa. June 2022
“The villa is located in a large development of other villas so there was virtually no traffic or noise around. You are literally less than 2 minutes from the sea and we could stroll down to the harbour in 20 minutes, where the majority of restaurants are. The villa is a nice size, though if you had full capacity of 8 people, the kitchen maybe a little on the small size. For our party of 3 people it wasn’t an issue. The land around the villa covers three sides with pool and patio one side and garden round the other 2 sides so you can catch the sun at anytime during the day. Both bathrooms have been modernised and are lovely. Cuitadella which was the old capital is only 7km away and is a straight road so is easy to locate. On the way (10 mins from the villa by car) is a big supermarket (DISKONT) which has everything you could need. We hired a car as we figured it would cost the same as transfers to the villa (its about 55 km from airport) so we went into Cuitadella about 4 times. Lovely cobbled streets and loads of history. Plenty of places to shop and eat and generally wander around. The harbour is a lovely place to have dinner and we had a particularly nice meal in a restaurant called ‘Classic’ at the end of the harbour. I think there is also a Sports Bar next to this (think it might have been called Chaplins???? Was definitely playing the football). If you want a nice relaxing holiday in a safe clean environment then this is a good option” Paul Y. Villa Isa, May 2019
“This was the 2nd time we had visited this area of menorca and the first time in this villa. From making our first enquiry with Sarah to leaving the villa everything was excellent. Sarah answered all of our queries quickly and put my mind at ease. Very helpful. As for the villa what can I say? It was amazing particularly the outdoor space. The villa is very private and is located in a quiet cul de sac. The pool area is lovely to chill out and the gardens are totally secure. Isabel and her family are lovely and will do anything to help you have a fantastic holiday. Nothing was an issue. The villa is very clean throughout and has everything you need. If I had to say one negative with the villa it would be the lack of drawer space in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom but that’s just my preference. The villa is located around a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop where a local bus will take you to Ciutadella. You can also get the bus to the marina which is about a 30 minute walk away. There are a couple of restaurants and a few supermarkets around a 10 minute walk away. We decided to do a big shop at Lidl which is located just outside of Ciutadella. We got the bus to Ciutadella and then a taxi to lidl then a taxi back to the villa. The local supermarkets are ideal for any extras you need and are reasonably priced. You can also view the fabulous sunsets within a 5 minute walk from the villa. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return again soon” Joanne S. Villa Isa Sept 2018
“We had a wonderful stay at this villa having just returned. felt completely safe with the electric gates for our 3 year old. lovely clean pool and outside area. no english channels on the tv but we took some dvds anyway to occupy the little one. only thing i would say is double bed could do with a mattress topper but that is purely my preferance. i would certainly book again it was wonderful, thank you to sarah and the owner who came round a few times. they own the la marina restaurant in the harbour that looked wonderful” Nikki H. “Hi Sarah, Just wanted to drop you a little review about Villa Pascual 🙂 We arrived early and the cleaners were very busy but they welcomed us in and pulled out some chairs for us to sit in whilst waiting for Juan, we paid the remainder of the cost and were allowed to leave our suitcases in the kitchen whilst we left to explore and allow the cleaners to carry on. The location is fantastic, literally a 2 minute walk to the Harbour with the vast array of restaurants and a few bars, we spent a couple of hours exploring then headed back to the Villa. Wow, what a wonderful home, so much space inside and out, the new modern kitchen was great and we filled the fridge with plenty of goodies, the air con was a godsend as the weather was warmer than we expected. The pool and BBQ area are fantastic, loads of space for everyone and a perfect retreat from the heat. The bedrooms were lovely, plenty of storage, the ground floor bathroom could maybe do with a few hooks for the towels etc to be hung up but that’s just me. Great shower space, water pressure, hairdryer (nice surprise) in the bathrooms and a really nice touch was toilet roll!, perfect before you’ve had chance to shop! I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone, clean, bright, all mod cons, great size pool and walking distance for everything, couldn’t ask for more and want to thank Sarah & co for such a smooth booking, all relevant info sent in plenty of time and a warm welcome whilst there. (Having witnessed a poor family stuck outside their “Villa Plus” villa as they had not been sent the key code!) We will absolutely return, just wish we could get married in Menorca as that’s our next planned holiday. Many Thanks Tracy” Tracy U. Villa Pascual. June 2017
“We are just back from a week stay at villa pascual. There was 4 adults and 2 children and it was very spacious for the 6 off us. It’s in a fantastic location only 2/3 minute walk to the marina. Everything about the villa is great, everything inside is new and spotless and to a high spec, the pool is a great size and has a lovely garden, we really loved the outside bbq area with a large fridge and a roof which is great to escape the sun at times, we had a great stay and would definitely return.” Gregg M. Villa Pascual. June 2016
“Had a fabulous family holiday in this lovely villa which is perfectly located in a quiet residential area within 5/10 minute walk of the beach and busy harbour area with lots of lovely restaurants. Juan responded to our very minor villa queries within an hour and Isa visited towards the end of the week to see how our stay had been. They were really nice and helpful. The villa is stunning and everything had been thought of, we would all highly recommend (our group consisted of 3 over 75, 2 in their late 40s and a 5 year old – who loved the pool!). We booked through Menorcan Villas and Sarah could not have been more helpful and we even got the chance to meet her as she was in resort at the same time as us. Fantastic Villa + great location + great weather = Amazing family time!” Justine R, Villa Pascual, May 2016

Just wanted to thank you again for help with our recent booking we would have no hesitation booking with you again or recommending your company. We had a great holiday and pleased with the villa. Outside space is superb.
Isa and her dad were quick to respond when we did have a question and made us feel welcome at both the villa and when we visited their restaurant. We forgot how much we liked Menorca and are hoping to return in September” Dean T, Villa Isa. July 2016
“We have stayed at Villa Isa twice now, and both times have been a lovely holiday. We have been staying at Cala n Bosch for over 20 years now and have stayed at varying villas in the area. Villa Isa is by far the most beautifully laid out of all that we have stayed at, with beautiful gardens and patios which are a very generous size and well-proportioned bedrooms and bathrooms inside the villa. It is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, with electronic gates, so it is very secluded and private, unlike some of the coast road villas which are very exposed. For this reason it is perfect for families of any age and the gardens are barely looked over by any neighbouring villas. The interior of the villa is as you would expect from a traditional Menorcan villa; with a spacious living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (I believe the villa has been updated and redecorated since we last visited so I imagine it looks even better now) with 3 bedrooms – one double and two twins. The owners live locally, with a beautiful family run restaurant at the harbour side (well worth a visit!) and so if there are any issues, we found that they were tended to almost immediately. For example, we were having trouble with the television signal on the first day and within an hour someone was here to fix it. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The pool is really big and was always clean and the gardens were beautifully presented. All in all, this is a villa we would most definitely go back to” Ashleigh M, Villa Isa, May 2015
