FAQ

Q. Where do I start with booking a DIY holiday?
A:  Firstly check there are flights from your preferred airport but don’t book until you have secured accommodation, then select a villa and check availability, the villa can be held for 48 hours while you book flights.

Q.  Can you help organise flights, car hire or transfers?

A:  I can’t book those for you, but on the LINKS and FLIGHTS page you will find a selection of websites that will help you check for the best prices.

Q. What are check in/out times?

A:  The official times are 3pm for check in, and 10am for check out.

Q.  Is it possible to have early check in or late check out?

A:  In high season this is usually not possible as there will be people arriving and departing on the same day. It’s usually possible to leave your luggage at the villa when you arrive so you can start enjoying your holiday immediately.  On departure you will have to make arrangements if you’re on a late flight. In low season it’s sometimes possible to be a little more flexible.

Q. Are changeover days flexible?

A:  In low season (May and October) it’s often possible, this also means that you can take advantage of cheaper midweek flights. In high season we try to be as flexible as possible, though Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday stays are more common. We will try to accommodate your dates if it fits in with other bookings in place.

Q. Can I book 10 days instead of 7 or 14?

A:  It’s often possible to have ‘odd duration’ stays, it all depends on what other dates are booked, but it’s sometimes possible to book between 9-12 days.

Q. Is there a rep? What happens if we need to contact someone while we’re at the villa?

A:  In resort you will have a 24 hour contact number for English speaking villa managers who are based near the villas. This is different to a rep, they aren’t there to provide local information, but to assist in the event of a maintenance issue. As such, this is an ‘un-repped’ holiday.
